Who We Are

Pete Haloulos, the Chef of the New Berlin Diner & Christina Haloulos, have over 30 years of diner/restaurant experience.  They have previously held multiple diners/restaurants, Pete's last being the New Geets Diner in Williamstown, NJ.

Dennis Haloulos, Pete & Christina's son, graduated from the Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ with a degree in Finance in 2006.  This is his first venture into the restaurant business with his father & mother.
